Under the patronage of Dr. Eng. Bassam Ibrahim, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and his attendance at the Graduation Ceremony of the students of Cordoba Private University for the academic year 2023/2024.

It was on Friday, September 20, 2024, at the Kevork Yesayan Theater, in the presence of party, political, and administrative leaders.

Minister Dr. Bassam Ibrahim, in his speech, expressed his happiness to share the joy of the university students’ graduation, which came as a result of the determination, will, interest and care of the family and the university, wishing them all the best and encouraging them to take their effective role in building Syria’s bright future.

In Addition, Eng. Ali Hamoud, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cordoba Private University, clarified the rapid development in the university’s performance, as it concluded many agreements and focused on creating new technological laboratories and opening modern departments, and stressed the commitment to maintaining the development process at the university.

Then Dr. Eng. Lara Kadid, President of Cordoba Private University, welcomed the honorable attendees and explained that since the foundation of Cordoba Private University with a grant from President Dr. Bashar Al-Assad in 2003, it has been striving to be a center of knowledge for success, superiority and creativity and to achieve high academic quality and adopt updated curricula in order to achieve the advancement of the educational level of the university’s students.

After that, colleague Dr. Mahmoud Khalil, Head of the National Union of Syrian Students Branch, Cordoba Private University Branch, stated in his speech that the distinguished students, with their determination and challenge, proved that they are the buds of beloved Syria, a center of culture and science, that is proud of every one of them. He assured that the message of science is nothing but a key for creativity and innovation.

As for the speech of the top students, the student Salah Mardanli expressed, on his behalf and on behalf of his colleagues, his extended thanks and gratitude to the families who participate in the excellence, and his great respect and appreciation to the University of Cordoba and its administrative and teaching staff for what they have provided in terms of knowledge, experience, care and attention.

After that, the family of Cordoba Private University presented shields of Honor to Dr. Bassam Ibrahim, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the sponsor of the ceremony, to Comrade Dr. Louay Shashati, Secretary of the University Branch of the Party, and Comrade Abdullah Hanish, representing the Secretary of the Aleppo Branch of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, and to Dr. Darin Suleiman, President of the National Union of Syrian Students, which was received on her behalf by colleague Fayez Istifan.

Then the Graduation Certificates were presented to the graduates.
