The number of credit hours for the course to be equivalent must be equal to the number of credit hours for the equivalent course in the specialty to which the transfer is made, in addition to their vocabulary being identical by no less than 75%.

The grade of a student transferring from a Syrian private university in each equivalent course must not be less than 2 points or 60 marks
