Instructions for students

The student is not allowed to enter the examination hall (whether in the test or in the exam) after the start of distributing the questions

It is not permissible for a student to take his exam in a place other than the exam hall or change his seat, which was allocated to him (on his own initiative), whatever the reasons. In the event of a violation, he will be punished with the penalty stipulated in University Council Resolution No. 35 dated 2/6/2022.

The student must fill out all the required data on the exam notebook or answer sheet and exam questions (name - university number - seat number - course name - semester and academic year - date.....etc.))

Commitment to carry the university card, personal ID, or any document proving his identity throughout the exam and test period.

The student may not bring with him to the examination hall any book or anything related to the course or subject of the examination, even if it is a blank piece of paper devoid of writing, except for what is permitted by the relevant dean of the college upon the request of the course professor and according to the nature of the course.

The student is prohibited from bringing with him to the examination hall a mobile device, a smart watch, or any other electronic devices (wired or wireless) that help him cheat, because he will expose himself to the penalty stipulated in University Council Resolution No. 35 dated 2/6/2022.

The student is prohibited from using programmable calculators (or even borrowing them) or any other tools (that raise suspicion) during the exam without the approval of the course instructor and depending on the nature of the course.

It is not permissible to use anything other than a dry blue pen when answering

It is not permissible for the student to put any distinctive mark on his examination notebook, whatever it may be (the mark of the practical part - the mark of the research circle... etc.), because in the event of a violation he will be punished with the penalty stipulated in University Council Resolution No. 35./ Date 6/2/2022

It is not permissible to use the ink scanner on the answer sheet or exam notebook

The student must specify the exam form in the case of automated questions in order to avoid the penalty stipulated in University Council Resolution No. 35 dated 2/6/2022.

It is prohibited to borrow calculators or other tools during the exam

Every student who is found in possession, during the exam, of wired or wireless headphones, a mobile device connected to headphones, a smart watch, or any other electronic devices that help him cheat in the exam, will be punished with final expulsion from the university based on the content of Higher Education Council Resolution No. (177) dated 27 /12/2011

If there is writing on the seat or on the wall next to the student, he must report it immediately. Also, if the student’s seating location is changed, if he finds writing, he must inform the hall president, otherwise he will be considered responsible for it.

The student is prohibited from leaving the examination hall before half an hour of the examination period has elapsed, or he is also prohibited from entering it again after leaving, for whatever reasons.
